Overview of some of the innovative therapeutic tools that can be used to slow hair loss and increase hair growth.
In 2008 our office conducted a peer reviewed published study that showed the positive impact of low level light laser therapy for hair loss for men and women. Since then there have been multiple peer reviewed studies that have confirmed our findings. Many devices have been FDA approved and have been used effectively as a treatment option for hair loss in men and women. They can be used alone or in combination with other treatments for hair loss including PRP, minoxidil, and for men, finasteride.
