Robert Finney, M.D.
Dr. Robert Finney was raised in Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in life science as well as minors in health policy and administration, business, and biology from the Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Finney earned his medical degree from Milton Hershey College of Medicine at Pennsylvania State University. He then completed his internship in internal medicine and residency in Dermatology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Finney also completed a year of clinical research at the Rockefeller University where he performed clinical trials in contact dermatitis and eczema. After residency, he completed a fellowship with Drs. Marc and David Avram in cosmetic, laser and dermatological surgery, with a focus on hair transplantation and Mohs micrographic surgery. He has authored book chapters in hair transplantation and published multiple articles in peer reviewed medical journals on both cosmetic and general dermatology topics.
Dr. Finney is a board certified dermatologist with experience in treating a vast array of skin conditions and is also skilled in hair transplantation, as well as advanced surgical and aesthetic techniques including the use of lasers, botox, kybella, and fillers.
When not caring for his patients, Dr. Finney enjoys playing hockey, golfing and reading.
